Enroll

Your firm may apply to enroll in one or all of the Group Insurance Plans offered through the Group Insurance Trust of the California Society of CPAs. All CPA owners must be members of CalCPA for the firm to participate in these plans. If you are not a CalCPA member, please click here to see how you can join.

Your firm needs to complete only one Subscription Agreement to enroll in one or more plans. However, each Eligible Employee (including partners, owners, etc.) must complete a separate Group Enrollment Form for each plan selected. Solo practitioners will need to complete the Subscription Agreement and the Group Enrollment Form and Health Statement for Solo Practitioners.
